About

Agent first. Builder second. AI, always in service of both.

AgentAI was founded by Wendy Tran, a working real estate agent who builds AI Foundations and the AgentAI platform for agents like her.

Why I do this work

I've spent my career on the same side of the desk as the agents I now train — cold calls, listing descriptions written at midnight, follow-ups that fall through the cracks because there just wasn't a spare 20 minutes that day. When AI tools started showing up everywhere, the advice agents got was almost always the same: "just use AI." Nobody explained what that actually meant for a Tuesday afternoon spent chasing a lead from three months ago.

So I built the thing I wished someone had handed me: a practical, real-estate-specific way to learn AI, module by module, with prompts you can copy and paste into an actual client conversation the same day.

Where this is headed

AI Foundations is the training side — currently an 8-module cohort/membership program plus a 6-module follow-on (201) for graduates who want to go further, all built around real agent workflows rather than generic AI hype. Alongside it, I'm building AgentAI, a tool designed to take what agents learn in training and actually run it — automated follow-ups, CMA drafts, and referral suggestions, without needing to open a prompt window every time.

Everything here is built and tested with a small group of real estate agents first, before it's opened up more broadly.

The approach

Three things I believe about AI and real estate

🛠️

Leverage, not replacement

AI can draft a listing description. It can't shake a buyer's hand at closing. Every tool here is meant to free up time for the parts of the job only you can do.

✍️

You still read every word

Every prompt produces a first draft, not a finished product. Verifying before you hit send — especially anything with a number or a legal claim — is part of the training itself.

🌏

Built for a multilingual market

Training materials and prompts work in English, Vietnamese, and Chinese, reflecting the communities agents in the GTA actually serve.
